His culinary journey began with assisting his mother in preparing authentic dishes for their hometown's annual Mela. From these roots, he advanced as an apprentice under world-renowned chefs, immersing himself in the rich tapestry of global and Indian cuisines. He is the founder of Regional foods which has multiple chain of restaurants namely - Baba Pav Bhaji & Multicuisine, Metkut, Kath N Ghat, Koka, Jolly de Parathe. Regional also has catering services and manages a resort named Estrella in Karjat.
